Early Learning Matters

The OECD launched a new study,the International Early Learning and Child Well-being Study,to assist countries to improve children’s early learning,giving them a stronger start and a better chance of success in all areas of their lives. It examines the impact of home learning on children’s emergent numeracy skills such as working with numbers; shape and space; measurement and patterns.
